New Mexico and Colorado are the only two others I really care to see.

You're missing out if you don't even WANT to see some of the east coast. Just getting to see the ocean from the opposite side of the continent is an amazing thing.

And you and I would have a kickin' time in New York! Don't tell me that you wouldn't want to see steaming manhole covers and hear New Yorkers hacking hotdogs??

One of these days . . .

oh, i never say no to a vacation/adventure. it's just much more likely that i'll be able to make it to CO and NM, and I am a western girl in my very marrow.

lol...you ARE a western girl in your very zucchini, but I must say, missing out on showing up at Chads shop BEHAVIOUR would be a terrible injustice. And Steph is right, there is some beautiful land on the east coast, and down south...

an aside: i am beginning to read omnivores dilemma (Micheal Pollan) and I CANT PUT IT DOWN! It's fascinating. and it makes me feel sick to my stomach, and angry (although that isn't hard to do these days :))

Stephen, I will go to NYC and walk into Behaviour with you. It would be too delicious to miss. Should I wear overalls and walk in chewing on a hayseed stem?

Having lived there, New Mexico is beautiful. Their lightening and thunderstorms are truly spectacular. And the food, well, I still drool thinking about it.

I think you would appreciate the mountain beauty of the Appalacians out East. Florida may be humid, but it is so green and vibrant you don't want to leave. So much living growing plantlife adds to your own vitality. I may jones in a serious way for Disneyworld, but a good portion was my desire to stay in Florida.
